2/27 several of us from a metaphysical group i belong to went to Cassadaga Florida-- it is a 110 year old community of psychics!!! i had never been there before so was very excited about checking it out. its only about a couple hours from here so not a bad drive at all.

the town is small and quaint - very old houses, tons of trees, birds, squirrels and a quiet, peaceful place.

none of us had made reservations for readings so just kind of flew by the seat of our pants and let the Universe guide
us to the right person.The bookstore across the street from the hotel had a bulletin board with names of psyhics who were available for readings that day.

i chose Jean Sourant and got an appt for 1:30 friday afternoon.

She is a tiny 75 year old woman, warm, and i was immediately drawn to her... my reading was powerful and interesting... it is way too long to go into here-- so will just give a few highlights

the first thing jean did was place her hands on the table and ask that i put my hands on top of hers and then tell her what profession she had... i totally freaked as i didnt have any idea if i could really do this but i went on and placed my hands on top of hers and immediately the word "teacher" came into my consciousness. i told her what i was thinking and she said i was absolutely correct-- she had been an early ed teacher! so guess we were off to a good start

she told me that a woman was telling me not to stop cooking-- and i immediately began to cry almost uncontrollably... i KNEW it was my friend Arlette i could just "feel" it.

she also said there was a man who's name started with the letter J who had judged me unfairly and wanted to apologize-- i didnt have a clue who he might be-- so i was given another clue -- he had feet problems-- but i still couldnt connect with anyone that i knew-- jean said he was persisent in wanting to tell me how sorry he was and that he had made a mistake...

i will be going on a trip- and i MUST GO-- if i talk my self out of it i will regret it forever- -jean saw rolling green off a highway and mountains in the background - but couldnt tell me where this might be---
need to take time for myself-- need to meditate-- need to LISTEN to spirit-- it is my intuition and i repeatly do not listen-- which is SO TRUE-- she said spirit tries to tell me things all the time but i totally ignore them so need to not let my logical mind step in -- just go with the thought whatever it is --

she told me i was very psychic intutive and mediumistic...
the perfect person is coming into my life very soon and the relationship will be all i have ever wanted--
alot is coming to me and my life is going to change radically-- things are going to come together and take off and i need to stop giving my art away and start to sell it- i can make money at it--



at end of reading her husband Nick came in for a few minutes to speak to her and she asked him if he would like to go to THE FISH HOUSE for dinner and he said he would love to -- then she turned to me and asked if i would like to join them-- DUH of course i would-- then she thought maybe our whole group would like to go too so we made plans to touch base after i discussed it with them...

i was on cloud 9 and the other gals-- christine, thea, lorraine, and paula couldnt wait to meet nick and jean and couldnt believe we were actually going out to dinner with them! we decided to invite them to the hotel for drinks and snacks-- we had taken shrimp, cheese and crackers, and of course our rum.. they were delighted to come to hotel and we had a wonderful time just soaking up all their knowledge which they were more than willing to share!

they asked if we would like to take a tour of Cassadega and they took us to the Healing Room, the Chapel, and the Seance room-- then back to their house to show us the singing bowls-- which were very powerful and cool-- nick had metal ones from tibet and also the beautiful crystal ones -- each bowl is tuned to a chakra and by playing them the chakra's can be aligned -- the tones are beautiful and seem to go on forever-- we all closed our eyes as he played them and when he finished we were all amazed that we had traveled to another dimension-- i know that sounds really weird but i am telling u IT HAPPENED-- i was out in space - feeling like i was on my way home-- no fear -- just peaceful feeling -- he said that all of us had left our bodies-- and the other gals all had space walks too-- it was an awesome experience--

time passed quickly and we needed to get to the restaurant before it closed--i rode with nick-- i was so drawn to him from the first time i saw him-- he told me my relationship with seron broke up because i was so far beyond her-- i hadnt even told him about the relationship--- it had never been mentioned--

we had a great meal at the FISH HOUSE- we had never had fried pickles before - they were awesome-- and the catfish was fantastic

back to hotel-- still flying high with all the information we had been given and the simply incredible experiences-- since hotel dining didnt open till 900 and we are all avid coffee drinkers-- nick suggested we come to their house for coffee in the morning as the 7-11 too far away-- we jumped at the chance to be with them again.

hotel sleeping accomodations left alot to be desired-- bed uncomfortable, bathroom the size of a closet-- it was not a pleasant sleeping arrangement for sure--

my next reading was a spirit guide drawing with matthew greene... it was awesome too-- got a spirit guide drawing and an aura drawing plus a tarot reading --- will add more later about this -- its way too long to go into now plus i am tired of typing!
